Toppers Zone offers digital products and services with instant delivery upon successful payment and account verification.
Because access to notes, practice content, competitions, and other digital materials is granted immediately, we do not offer refunds once purchase is completed and content is available in your account.
This policy applies to class access, subject packs, chapter unlocks, competition entries, counselling sessions, and other paid features delivered electronically through our platform.
Before purchasing, we encourage you to use free preview chapters where available, review product descriptions on the purchase page, and confirm that you have selected the correct grade, board, and subjects.
Duplicate charges, failed payments that were debited, or technical errors preventing access may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — contact us promptly with payment proof and your registered email.
There are no physical goods shipped; therefore returns of merchandise do not apply. "Return" in the context of this policy refers only to refund requests for digital purchases.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in suspension of account access while the dispute is investigated.
Promotional or coupon-based purchases follow the same instant-delivery model; discounted or free checkout still grants immediate digital access where applicable.
