Toppers Zone is operated by Sakshi Gupta Enterprises. We provide digital learning content, practice tests, competitions, mentorship, and related services to registered users.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Content on the platform — including notes, questions, videos, and downloads — is for personal educational use unless we grant written permission for commercial or institutional redistribution.
Copying, scraping, reselling, or publicly sharing paid content without authorisation violates these terms and may result in account suspension.
Paid purchases are subject to the price shown at checkout. Digital access is delivered instantly and remains available for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless we state a different period for a specific product. After that period, access may expire unless renewed or extended at our discretion. See our Refund / Return Policy for refund rules.
Competition rules, prizes, and eligibility are described on each competition page. We may modify schedules or cancel events for technical or fairness reasons with reasonable notice where possible.
User-generated content (comments, submissions, feedback) must be respectful and lawful. We may remove content that is abusive, infringing, or misleading.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service. We strive for reliability but are not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime or third-party payment failures beyond applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the website or email.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India as permitted by law.
