Shipping & Delivery Policy
Toppers Zone provides digital educational products only. We do not ship physical books, kits, or merchandise through courier or postal services.
Delivery method: After successful payment, access is granted electronically to your registered account on toppers.zone. This is considered instant delivery for digital goods.
Unlocked content typically appears immediately on the purchase confirmation screen and under My Purchases in your dashboard. In rare cases, a short delay of a few minutes may occur during payment verification.
You need a stable internet connection and a supported web browser to view notes, attempt MCQs, join competitions, and use other platform features.
There is no shipping address required at checkout unless we explicitly collect it for a non-digital offering in the future; current products do not need a delivery address.
Session-based services such as career counselling or mentor calls are delivered online via scheduled links or in-app instructions sent to your email or account notifications.
If you do not see purchased access within a reasonable time, log out and back in, then check My Purchases. If access is still missing, contact sakshi.gupta@toppers.zone with your payment reference.
Geographic availability is primarily for users in India; content is optimised for Indian school boards and curricula, though learners abroad may access the site where permitted by law.
Because delivery is digital and immediate, our Refund / Return Policy does not offer refunds after access is granted.
